whether or not other religions or the people of other religions promote negative values, violence, etc.. is not the issue.  because one person murders doesnt mean its ok for a different person to. they are both wrong. the point right now is that islam should be frowned upon as an religion because its founder did not conduct himself like an enlightened man nand engaged in violence and thus belief in his status as a profet can lead one to use violence. among other things.

as is libya. i think we got horribly fooled into thinking the "arab spring" was truly a grassroots movement for democracy and freedom from corruption. al qaeda knew there was enough of such a movement to make a revolution gain traction with the help of all their fundamentalist fighters. once the regime falls there is a power vaccuum that allows al qaeda to operate as it pleases and to exert influence in the political system.

There is no plan...  problem with the revolution in Egypt is that there was no clearly defined leader to take over when the revolution is over, everyone just wanted mubarak out, without really a concern of whats to come next...  Now they are trying to figure out what they want to do!  But it maybe too late because extremists are coming into power..

If you read into the overall political and economical strategies for the reasons of all the uprisings and where they are today, seen as moving backwards, it wouldn't be hard to be convinced that Israel is at the heart of the operations and the unfaithful corrupt arab leaders made an underground deal with them. This would be in Israels best interest. Case in point.. Look at China's Economy (flourishing), Irans situation and strategy, America's deployment out of Iraq, and the overall fight for Syria, as they are the keystone to this whole operation.
