yea I know, but all we can go by on the internet are pics. Seeing someone in a pic usually doesn't give us a good indication for large the person is. Even if there was a 30lb of muscle difference, it would be hard to tell if two people were both in the same condition

This is very true. I have pictures of myself both geared and natty at various different weights. You can't hardly tell the difference just going by pics. If you are tight and in shape, your structure is gonna look about the same.

No one looks much better, especially in the beach picture.  You know there's likely no pump there since not many gyms are near beaches where you can pump up before a picture.  In contrast the first two pics of each are in gym locker rooms.

Growth noob would need to diet down a fair bit - his abs are barely visible or non-existant compard to no one's...he'd likely look a fair bit smaller after dieting.

yeah in the lateral or medial head

laterals feels better because when it get sore I can still open and close my arms like I want.

medial head, if I shoot too much roids it hurts when I close my arms and I can't train biceps normally
