for what its worth i do 255 for 12 on the incline smith,,when i do it as first chest exercise,,im 200lb and very lean,,,lots of hormones,,,i dont think its very strong but i dont know i dont care about weight,,if i do it after 20 other sets of chest its something like 185 for 12...dumbells i do 95's for about 12....im pretty weak on curls,,,i can only curl the 35's for 12 with great form,,,shrug 355 for 12 with good form on smith,,,, can't squat for shit lol i dont even do it,,,cant dead due to torn labrum,,,most i ever benched was 345 for 7 back when i was 260,,not lean at all,,,fat bloofy bouncer look,,,on cycle,,,then i tore my pec that was too much weight for me im naturally weak...at the time i was probably the biggest bencher at my golds,,,but at my new gym i see some big bloofy guys doing 6 + plates and come change,,just big bloofy fat guys
