It doesn't matter. You ever see the Rhodesian Ridgebacks they go after lions. It just amazes me how awesome dogs are. My Great Grandpa was a sheperd. He had 2-3 dogs they protected his heard of sheep. They would fight to the death to protect the heard.They would chase a pack of wolves right out and fight to the death if they had to. Dogs are brave and loyal.

What a cheapshot, poor bear waking up to that,.,,but hunters get theirs too once in a while and judging by how close that hunter got to that bear hopfully the next time some bear will pounce on him

"fully aware"?

Dude, a dog doesnt even know what a bullet is. The gun shot occured a millisecond before the dog was on the bear. The dog was only "aware" that a huge animal was running up out of a hole in the ground.

Those hunters could of been toast to. I wouldn't exactly call that safe getting right up to the hole where two gigantic bears are sleeping and wake them up by poking them with a stick. Even if you shoot a bear 3-4 times with a slug it doesn't guarantee they will go down. You can hit them in the head they have such tough skulls bullets ricochet right off of them.

It's a different culture to. Russians are a culture of extreme manliness. Most civilized sissified westerners don't understand things like that. They have no mercy for wild animals.
