thats only if you dont mind eating the shit over and over again...theres only so many ways to have fish,chicken, eggs, and beef
I've been eating the same shit everyday for the last 10 years...lol. I try to cook my meals different ways and switch to different seasonings or sauces when I feel bored with my food.
Egg whites, whole eggs, fish,steak,chicken etc. always comes first for me...than adjust carbs and fats according to my goals.
I don't do zero carb for more than a day or two cause I don't find it the best way for me to cut.
