The study Adam posted is moronic. Did he or whoever is posting even read the literature? The article states that all the protein is in the egg white. That right there should clue a nutrition neophyte into the non-believability of the article. Did someone Google "egg, organic, not the same, post this on Getbig ASAP" and then post it? Ridiculous.

The ability to peel actually had to do with their freshness.  The less fresh an egg, the easier it will be to peel as the air pocket inside has expanded.  The egg shell is rather porous and the older the egg, the more air will get into it which makes it easier to peel when boiled.

The fresher the egg, the harder it will be to peel.

Also technique is important as well.  Perhaps you aren`t doing it correctly.

thats only if you dont mind eating the shit over and over again...theres only so many ways to have fish,chicken, eggs, and beef

I've been eating the same shit everyday for the last 10 years...lol. I try to cook my meals different ways and switch to different seasonings or sauces when I feel bored with my food.

Egg whites, whole eggs, fish,steak,chicken etc. always comes first for me...than adjust carbs and fats according to my goals.

I don't do zero carb for more than a day or two cause I don't find it the best way for me to cut.
