This is the main problem I see.  I step on the scale and I've seen as high as 256 recently, but then when I look at photos or whatever, I definitely don't think I look like what 250 lbs should look like.  I guess some of that just comes with time though.  Time in the gym and time on the drugs.

I've played real sports at high level I know what it takes sacrafice train your ass off to be a good athlete. Just because someone doesn't have the genetics for bodybuilding doesn't mean they don't have heart. I know I don't have the genetics to be a bodybuilder. I was built to be a runner football player but I love bodybuilidng. I bust my fucken ass everyday, spend the extra money, and put the time into what I have achieved.

Everyone else... definitely need more chest and back.  I need get WIDER and THICKER all over.  

My legs are just genetic... I train my ass off, don't get me wrong.  If I didn't train legs for a while though, I really wouldn't lose much size.

Ya bodybuilding is such a tough sport  ::) Whoever can inject the most drugs and stay consistant with them looks the best wow brutal. 30 minutes a day on the step machine brutal!! You have to watch your diet for a few weeks when will the pain end lol. Shit highschool basketball practice was harder on the guts than anything a pro body builder does. Running suicides all practice long fucken sucked.

And I will have you know my parents own one of best family restraunts in WNY you short little mouthy spic. I would like to place kick your stupid looking head right off your shoulders.
