pretty good on the whole, neither good or bad really
How do you set up your diet?
eat when hungry, one cheat day a week basically, dont count anything, stay away from sugar
How do you train (always relatively heavy)?
Yes, under 1 hour, 6x4 reps, two exercises per bodypart
Do you rely heavily on supplementation?
no. creatine and protein occasionally
Do you stay relatively lean? Can it be done?
of course you can be extremely lean natural. the problem is keeping size when lean
