I like that Hidetada actually holds the pose a bit longer than most IFBB pro's. Sometimes they hit the pose so fast you can't see much. If he slows down a bit more maybe it would be similar to the golden era posing (only with a more modern build of course).  What is the point of those mouth pieces. I see people starting to wear that in my gym. I never seen it before... do they think it looks good? Does it give some special functionality? They really grit their teeth that hard? I guess I just don't see the point.  |

Boyer Coe in Worcester Mass.
Two amatuers......Sophan Nimn and Tommy Uzzo,great routines and probably on you tube but I`m too lazy to look.
Also,Tim Gardner,and a kid named Carmello Lopez.....both amatuers also.
