I have never been fan of him at all. But, he really poses well and he looks like he is the only pro who maintain the bodybuilding tradition.

I like that Hidetada actually holds the pose a bit longer than most IFBB pro's.  Sometimes they hit the pose so fast you can't see much.  If he slows down a bit more maybe it would be similar to the golden era posing (only with a more modern build of course).   ;D

What is the point of those mouth pieces.  I see people starting to wear that in my gym.  I never seen it before... do they think it looks good?  Does it give some special functionality?  They really grit their teeth that hard?  I guess I just don't see the point.   ???

best pro posing routine ive seen in the flesh 'no homo' was by ed van amsterdam at the brit grand prix, smooth and humorous...

Seen some great routines:

Shawn Ray in Orlando
Boyer Coe in Worcester Mass.

Two amatuers......Sophan Nimn and Tommy Uzzo,great routines and probably on you tube but I`m too lazy to look.

Also,Tim Gardner,and a kid named Carmello Lopez.....both amatuers also.
