naicin plus fish oil is probably going to have the greatest effect on having a positive effect on your cholesterol levels. niacin becomes less and less effective the more often it's used (the flush seems to be important for some reason), so while it's a good supplement it isn't highly effective due to having to cycle it. it really all comes down to genetics though and not much else is going to make a huge difference. get a VAP test and see what percentage of your LDL cholesterol are good vs bad and use your HDL levels as a ratio of your triglycerides, it's more accurate gauge of cardiovascular health.
my doctor nearly shit a brick when he saw my cholesterol levels and wanted to get me on statins asap. i still haven't used them, i think cleaning up the diet + doing cardio is mroe effective anyways and that if statins are employed they should only be used for a short period of time, maybe right after an oral cycle to get hdl levels back up.
