Traps can easily be trained twice a week.

I like to switch up, today I did back though and traps....killer. I havent done deads in a while and I started my day with them today and finished with db shrugs, damn I'm tired.

If I wanna hit 'em directly(which i dont feel like doing too often) I just like to save time by just shrugging on top when doing deads..I dont even do shrugs otherwise

i do shrugs with shoulders...they get worked with deadlifts on back day.

and don't forget to do side laterals...very important exersize
Elaborate please... i haven't done a lateral raise in 2 years and my shoulders are my best bodypart...i do upright rows

you know, now that i think about. i really hit it both shoulders and back. bc i do upright rows for my side lateral head. but targeting traps is not the pointwhen i do uprights with a wide grip
