I don't get the bantering? Constructive criticism won't hurt... I know this is GetBig but I mean I'm not the worst looking guy ever and I'm not an obese fuck couch potato that complains about my life.
But as I said give me time and I'll show you a better me...
Ok here's some constructive criticisim:
Weigh yourself. Estimate how many pounds of bodyfat you are carrying. Subtract that from your overall weight.
Subtract 500-600 calories off your daily calories requirement. Change your daily diet from kebabs and donuts to the following:
No sugars/treats/crap food
1 gram of protein per pound of lean bodyweight.
0.5 grams of fat per pound of lean bodyweight
100g of carbs.
Continue to take your gear, but add 45 mins of fasted cardio in the morning, and 25mg eph/200mg caffiene & 2 glasses of strong grapefruit juice before this.
take the eph/caffiene/grapefruit juice once more after lunch.
Lift weights the same as you are currently doing.
Repeat this daily procedure for about 12 weeks. Post the results on getbig and I will give you the time of day.
