Yeah massive arms on Phil but look silly on his body making his chest and shoulders appear smaller than they really are due to overly massive arms. Each to their own but to me his arms being that size take away from the flow of a competition ready physique.

There are tons of guys with much better arms. WHat most people dont understand is that NO bodypart is on its own. Everything is judged as a package so good arms mean they are good in proportion to other bodyparts and to the whole.

So little Phil is nowhere near good let alone best. And Arnold is the best hands down, no contest

I think this guys arms grab your attention more.

I think all the 0 symmetry mass monsters with 45 inch waists dont really count as bodybuilders but as massbuilders.

Not even close. I used to be amazed by Matarazzo's arms, but then I realized, he had very little detail. And in that FDB shot, he lacks that split between bis and tris.. He just had big arms.

ronnies peak where great but he had high triceps and not very developed from the sides.
Phil has it but in the fdb his biceps look good but not amazing.
As far as overall arms i will give it to Lee Priest, great, peaks, crazy tris and huge forearms.
