My show is three weeks from this Saturday. So you think I should increase my intake now, and not cut water till Fri. Or Fri night?

Drink as much as possible all the way to Fri, the day before and have some water for your first meal Friday morning, then cut off, till the show is over, now you can have sip here and there but a sip means a table spoon, not a fucken half cup, what I do is every 2 hours I suck (no homo) on an Ice cube cause by Friday night lips will be burning, I take a lasix Friday morning, Friday night and 1 sat morning, however don't take lasix if you have never experimented with it, I have it down pat with my body but everyone is different and that shit can fuck you up, but do some research for diuretics, assuming you plan on taking something, if not, ignore the last part of my post. Oh BTW the way I do it, I lose ten lb from Friday morning to Sat afternoon, I also eat 3-4 pounds of food so my actual water deficit is actually 12-13 pounds
