Exactly,you are so used to pissing that even when you stop drinking your body still excretes the excess water,thus making you dryer.

Yes....doesn't hurt to really up the amount of posing practice and sweating those last few hours. Make sure that your water intake/cut leaves you dry, but not so low that you can't pose without cramping. You will be playing a bit of an electrolyte game here, but under stage lights, you will be very hot and sweaty, make sure you can pose without cramping. I've found if I really hit the dryness level right, I have to put Carmex on my lips and teeth just to be able to smile.

Drink as much as you can,all day long and stop fairly early in the evening or you`ll be up pissing all night.

You should be pissing a LOT and your urine should always be clear.....if not,drink more.

I have actually set a new rule these days, NOT to drink any water after 9 PM. I only take a few sips to clinch my thirst, and this helps me sleep so much better at night, and I dont have to wake up as often and interupt my sleep. During the day I tend to drink a lot though, but it really is a pain in the ass having to pee all the time. But as I cut down on the weights, increase the cardio and lose some fat around my body - the water level will also decrease, and I wont have to pee like a maniac. Remember, all the food your eating as a result of all the weightlifting makes you hold a lot of water as well, not to mention the weight training in itself - which forces water into your glycogen stores.

Drink as much as possible all the way to Fri, the day before and have some water for your first meal Friday morning, then cut off, till the show is over, now you can have sip here and there but a sip means a table spoon, not a fucken half cup, what I do is every 2 hours I suck (no homo) on an Ice cube cause by Friday night lips will be burning, I take a lasix Friday morning, Friday night and 1 sat morning, however don't take lasix if you have never experimented with it, I have it down pat with my body but everyone is different and that shit can fuck you up, but do some research for diuretics, assuming you plan on taking something, if not, ignore the last part of my post. Oh BTW the way I do it, I lose ten lb from Friday morning to Sat afternoon, I also eat 3-4 pounds of food so my actual water deficit is actually 12-13 pounds

Lucky bastard...I look at Chinese food and i hold water.

Great for when you are bulking, not so much for a cut

i can literally eat as little as 1/2 cup measure of uncooked jasmine rice and hold a shit ton of water. so weird. rice makes me hold a ton of water, even when im using fast esters.

i used to aim for at least 1ltr of council pop with each meal, plus water/diluty juice/tea/coffee in-between meals, works out about 8 or more ltrs per day

i remember when i was doing the jnrs years back, lad who used to look after me had me on evian water for 6 weeks upto the show, almost cost more than the gear i was running!

 Holding water the day the show is another word for still having bodyfat to lose. Water depletion can make you hold water and appear smooth. I suggest as much as possible right into the show. The day of the show your eating smaller meals but enough to stay full and keep a tight midsection. Water should be similar drink enough to stay full and prevent cramping. Not sure if your clean or not but listen to the guy who said be carefull about diretics or lasix. Loosing ten pounds for someone clean would be a disaster. Good luck stay positive,keep training intense,and don't try anything tricks! If you in shape whats the point.
