Me to not a bad idea!

Carefull though, they give a very nice mellow feeling that im sure you could get addicted to. Limit it just to when you really need it.

Oh and so you know, they make your tongue/throat burn a bit the first few times, but that only lasts a few mins.

Something I see a few bodybuilders do is smoke cigs to curb appetite? I do know a friend of mine who said he was going to do it for a show and then give up after. Hadn't smoked for 20 years but I saw him the other day and he was still smoking! Not sure if this one is worth the risk of getting hooked but maybe ok 2 weeks out or something just to get you over it ? What do you guys think of this ? Seeing Marcus R on his video doing it just reminded of it.

it works and i used to smoke but now i've mostly quit, smokers cough is a BITCH and you basically just have heartburn and feel shitty all the time, plus i imagine it won't make matters any better if you're already using gear and other drugs
