what do you really eat in a day?remember, i don't want to hear that meal 7 nonsense or 500 grams protein bs or chicken brocly bs unless you really do iti want to hear a sample diet of what you eat in one daythings like pizza, ice cream, trenbolona salad, etc etc

5am-ish: 4-5 egg whites, 1-2 whole eggs .nothing else (9am-sih: two spoons of chuny PB and a scoop and half of protein powder12ish: Salad, with chicekn and tuna and some crumbled blue cheese in it4:30-ish: i sip on 2 scoops of protein shake during workout7:30-sh: Steak, Chicken,Salmon,ground beef or something like that, with some beanssundays i cheat though, sos i have carbs on sundays

not really, my portions are a big bigger. , i would say my average caloric intake is around 2500 daily,some days more. it works for me though, im happy with the results
