thats your problem right there. PROTEIN isnt overrated, it just that you have been told to eat every 2 fucking hours and include at least 40grams of protein per meal you eat ::)

IMO, eating 3 square meals, 2 shakes, and small snakcs here and there are OK... of course thats for the typical juicer/ gym rat

if your taking 40ius of GH, and are on 4+ grams of compounds a week, then you will eat more, why? its because someone who takes tht much stuff is in it to get big ( not necesarily fat-free big, but they just wanna get big and worry about cutting later)...

so for the normal fella, i think 3 square meals and 2 shakes should suffice

maybe i should of worded it better...protein INTAKE is overrated lol

and thats about what i get a day...2-3 meals, a couple snacks and 1-2 shakes as of late

weak

aww whats wrong, rose?

nothing to say? strike a nerve? dont worry- your in luck- theres lots of fat ugly drunk chicks for you to prematurely ejaculate into who im sure would tolerate you salivating in a sloppy manner all over them due to the fact they probably get laid less than you do.

we all have our roles in life. i bang hot chicks. im that guy. your 'the filler'- the guys who end up banging what ever is left. dont sell yourself short dude- you play an important role in life.

i applaud your commitment to excellence, sir.

lmao little touchy over the fact you can barely break 200lbs with the use of drugs, eh?  ;D

Maybe the resident 50 year old creep wes will quote your post and tell you how funny he thinks you are.  :-X

listen penelope- the only one who cares that your natural is you. think society cares? lol no. think girls care that you are? no. i sure dont care.

all that matters in life is how you look, sport. get that thru your thick skull. thats how society judges you- on appearance. sad but true. thats how you get laid- on appearance, sad but true. thats how you get offered up for promotion- on appearance, sad but true. its a sad reflectiojn of society but its true.

so while your on the sidelines of life wishing you were in the game just keep telling yourself your happy about 'being natural' while looking like a bag of shit. it might make being a failure easier to swallow.

the only person you are fooling is yourself.

you are dismissed.

Carbs to grow. Higher protein helps with diet. Protein doe not need to be no where near what the mainstream thinks to grow in size. 1.5grm per kilo (2.2lb) and plenty of carbs. When you want to strip/lean out reduce the carbs, up the protein. Very difficult to overeat on lean proteins like fish, chicken, turkey and eggs so long as the rest of your diet is clean.
Once you throw in heavyier doses of tren and mast, aslong as you dont eat like a pig you will strip fat no matter what.

Protein intake IS NOT overated especially when you are on gear.  AAS and HGH induce faster and more protein synthesis.  I'm not going to get into an argument with anyone on here about how many meals a day is best because some meal structures work for some and others for others.  Protein is needed.  AT LEAST a gram per pound and that's not just bro science.  It's not difficult to get that amount in.

I get in on average 350-425 grams per day.

for the the op I think 200-250grams is a good guess. 150 is a little on the low side imo. High protein doesn't only make you bigger it can keep your carbs and fat lower thus helping you to stay leaner .

bro your all over over the place

your talking about 5 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, plus 2 shakes )

thats pretty much every 2-3 hours depending on how long you wait to eat after waking up, before going to bed, and how long your awake during the day.

for 99% of bodybuilders 99% of the time 2-3 meals per day is all they need, even on huge doses of drugs and trying to get as big as possible.

the only time anybody ever "needs" to eat 4,5, or 6 meals per day is during contest prep and even that is debatable.

lyle mcdonald did extensive research on this topic in his 'protein' book. he has tons of scientific research references so the numbers are not pulled out of thin air.
for naturals when trying to add muscle mass 1g/lb of bodyweight a day.
for naturals when trying to shed fat and preserve muscle 1.3-1.5 g/lb of bodyweight a day.
going above 1.5g/day is not only a waste but also might be counterproductive according to some studies.
for roid users there is not enough research done.

I agree 100% you have to go lean bodyweight so that gives dfresh 200-250. 150 is on the brink of being a little low.

lyle mcdonald god of protein approved lol also
ronald mcdonald top seller of protein approved

just my personal opinion... Danny paddilla did look better than many of the bodybuilders nowdays, he used a low protein diet for his contests...

A copy past from his intervju...

Has anyone ever heard of this or tried it? Minimal protein and maximum carbs is a strategy that I have not heard much about.

Q: What training methods did you use at the time? Also, describe your pre-contest diet at this time.

A: Each body part was trained twice a week. The push-pull system was used the last 10 weeks before the show, three times a week. I went against the rule of low carbs and stayed on 80 grams of protein and consumed all the carbs that I needed (mostly fruits, veggies, brown rice and yogurt). At that point I did not worry about calories. I also jogged three days a week, 5 miles per run. In the last two weeks prior to the show I counted calories: On the first week I took in 1500 calories and on the last week, 1000. Mind you, during the last ten days prior to the show I was too weak to lift weights or do aerobics. I basically worked in the store with my dad and rested as much as I could. The Monday before the contest I weighed exactly 157. On Wednesday I began to double my calories and double my carbs until Saturday..

We also have mike mentzer, franco and even arnold did write in one of his book that he did use 200g prot ED but he found out later that it was way to much.... cant remember the book thou... i was also myself able to have 50,5 cm arms with not to much BF at a age of 20 years old eating only between 80-130g perday thru the summer months.. offcourse 2 grams off supplements and a little hgh did help..
