Sometimes if you don't attack first - your dead - i say fuck the law - if someone is following you and acting suspicious at night time - you need to make a judgement call - it's your life or theres - if somebody was following me at night - I would consider that highly suspicious and a possibility I was going to get attacked - I once broke a mans arm when he was one of three trying to stop me leaving my own house to go to work - these men were being threatening, had weapons (all had glass bottles) and were serious - anyway, (this was after many months of confrontations over parties and just general BS - I used to live near some real serious ferrals)  I warned the three men that I had a baseball bat behind the door and that if they didn't leave I would break his arm.  One of them laughed and stepped forward and then said "What am I Waiting for" so with that I opened the front door, gave a good hard rigid strike with the bat to the man right arm and broke it completely, well, needless to say, his two mates ran off and the man I struck with the bat screamed like a BITCH - anyway, the police turned up I was arrested and eventually charged $500 (I joke to this day, it was the best $500 I ever spent) - Anyway, I still believe I saved my own life that day, these dudes were serious and were not going to fuck off until something went down.  I have been in many fights, and I used to be one of those dudes like "Na, you hit me first" type a thing to satisfy the legal requirements, but nowdays I know that is a recipe to get your arse beat - when you sense a fight coming on, you must make a judgement call, sometimes striking first can save your life.  I would have done the exact same thing as Trayvon if some WEIRDO was following me.

I was in my own home - big difference - I had three thugs turn up on my doorstep and threaten me - big difference!

I was also arrested and then charged

other than that - when out in public I mind my own business - I have no choice anymore - once the Police know who you are - and they know who I am - you can't look sideways at another citizen without fear of arrest!

You know, if there wasn't all this previous history of corruption and racial tensions, the fact zimmermans father is a retired magistrate and the fact George was a known do gooder who had the police on speed dial - the whole thing stinks to high heaven - when i was arrested I told the Police, yeah this is what happened this is how it went down and their wasn't much dispute - I didn't start making up a bunch of lies to make myself look better - I was genuinely afraid, i acted on it and the rest is history - I didn't even see the need to lie - I wasn't concerned about the penalty - I didn't think I did anything wrong and I still don't (I actually feel good about standing up for myself) - the judge said that he sympathised with me right up until I grabbed the bat - but I wasn't going to take on three drunken thugs determined to hurt me all who had bottles in their hands - I essentially had no escape - and i believe I am very patient man - but don't back me into a corner - or threaten violence if I try to leave. (Not a good idea) - Anyway, I paid the fine that day and joke now that it was the best $500 I ever spent. (although the courts recorded another conviction - which was frustrating as I was just getting to the point were I thought my criminal record from the past was starting to fade into the background) - oh well - don't pray for an easy life, but pray for the strength to overcome a difficult one.

Hmm. I'd suggest that the back of Zimmerman's head was cut due to the improper 'transport' of the suspect individual. The officer, obviously, underestimated the mass of Zimmerman's noggin, and slammed his head into the frame of the police car while detaining and transporting said suspect.
