sadly, i think at some point the friend will leave him. she has been used to him being more or less a pet , she says she is his protector. he will get more confident, he will start getting a lot of attention, as they get a little odler he may be able to take his talents to the theater, and she will become jealous.

She will fake loving him and disgustingly have sex with him twice a year, while this kid is probably deeply in love with the girl. She will piggyback off the fame and money for as long as his 60 BMI will take him.

ROFL, His problem is not the fact that he's fat. Your look has NOTHING to do with self-confidence. Just look at bodybuilders and how diffident some of them are. It's all in his head.
