Bearing in mind this was made in the mid 60's nothing comes close IMO...speaks volumes to a subconscious level of the mind without the need of a lot of dialogue.

I thin pulp fiction is the best movie ever made.If you are into gangster flicks scarface is the best. Id take it over the godfather 1 and 2. except for at the end when his sister wants tony to fuck her that was kind of weird!Americann Gangster is another movie that is on my list just because I like movies that are based on true events. Best movie I have seen in awhile is american gangster. Still Pulp fiction has it beat and is a well done film. quentin does not put out garbage.

I would argue that The Wizard Of Oz might be the greatest movie of all time. Every single kid of every generation knows that movie!

Mary Poppins was better. I would fuck her till her pussy was raw but shawnshank is right up there on the list. along with schindler's list. The Pianist was right up there too. and Debbie Does Dallas.

I find it accurate in most cases. Films with a score of 6 and below are to be avoided from me.

nope. Take into consideration that it sold poorly when it came out in cinemas.
I have no better choice, but I don't think Shawshank is the greatest movie ever.

LOL because commercial success proves something? If you go by the same token consider that once Shawshank went on video it became the most rented film of all times

Fine, i dont. There are a huge number of movies that dont get exposure, get discovered. I also dont think an oscar or what a heavy influenced judging panel thinks equates with quality. Example crash. Mainstream pc crap that is apparently "great". Oh brother.

ha... I don't know if Crash was PC, I agree though it was overrated. Some highly-rated films are only so because they address issues highly specific to american culture For example, in the States everybody is so obsessed with race that such a film was guaranteed far more attention than it deserved.
