What's the workout looking like these days?

i do lunges with 45 pound dumbells then move to the 68 pound dumbells
with the 45 pounders i can get 9 reps per leg all the way to the ground with the heavier ones i get about 5 per leg
do behined the back barbell squats ,squatting down till the bar is across my calves then squat up with the weight no heavier than 200 pounds for 5-8 reps a set
chinups , my best effort is one set of 8 reps, all other sets 4 reps
one arm pushups 5 reps per arm
