Phil is alot bigger than that now. I saw him recently guest pose and he is about 280, the biggest by far he has ever been.

idunno about that dude, his arms are like twice as thick and you can see the delts are significantly larger. you just think he's the same size because phil's offseason and the other dude's cuts look better

Well, I'm not the fan of Phil's physique...but at the 2011 Mr. Olympia...he was the best onstage...by far... So he's Mr. Olympia. End of story.

Optimus is cool shit, but this madness of putting Phil Heath down constently by saying he is narrow and he is full of insulin and oil needs to stop for 2 simple reasons, 1- Was he the best on stage at the O? yes' even the ones that put him down will agree with that, 2- Anyone that has ever stepped foot on a bodybuilding stage, would do the exact same things Phil did if it would bring them a Sandow- anyone who denies this is an f....liar.

oh yeah and i don't like the saggy triple XL. i just wear XL and sometimes L but those are usually too tight around my arms when i train upper body and my arms get a pump. but i do know what you mean about the fat dwarf thing i just don't like to show off my muscles, i would assume that anyone who can see the outline of the delts and the bulge of the traps would know i'm a decent BB. although i really should more revealing clothes in the gym...it is going to be hottie season in the gym quite soon

Dickerson, Zane, Bannout? You mean actual bodybuilders, Phil doesn't apply to this group. Phil wouldn't be Mr O in that era, he is exactly where he belongs. An era where guys are walking pharmacies and go for conditioned size above all else. So when you get a title naming you the biggest, conditioned person in the world expectations are a little different.

honestly guys it's not just all size, you can't deny he has decent proportions, pretty small waist (for today's standard), decent striations in some areas, decent balance (not lacking calves or forearms like some guys), granted it's not 70's physique but we're not going to see that again any time soon i think, and sure he is narrow but so was levrone ronnie arnold and lots of other competetive bb'ers

and he carries the seos extremely well compared to some *other* O's.

but i think a bb needs to be WIDE.... naturally wide clavicles, that look is far superior to what philsulina is displaying.
