Try it for another 8 weeks and then get back to us wining how youre "flat" and feel "like shit"...
Having no experience with such a light diet, I would have to agree. I would be one moody/grumpy fella on a diet like that. I just don't think you need to go that low to get ripped.
The diets of late, are looking more and more like the hcg diet...
