Well, a lot of steroids are produced in those Middle Eastern countries, and from what I've heard its really top quality shit. Plus its legal to buy and cheap, Add to that... an excess amount of Shawerma (great protein source), fava beans, Allah's blessing, and weather conducive to dropping water weight! And you got yourself Middle Eastern bodybuilders! |

well, i know him personally he uses very little gear, and probably not what people think. he isnt a big guy, guy very very determined when its about diet. Gear has nothing to do with size. You can take a shitload of gear and stay small. |

That's good, the guy definitely showed the ability to get in shape, and then some So, are you gonna share what he said to you? Diet, training, drugs Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd venture to say that in a country where the anabolics are legal, available and not a secret, one would have a different attitude, and be open to discussion. Especially if not overly exposed to foreign cultures. In other words he's probably not lying like most bbers. |
