friends,
look at this diet and tell me if io neat to add\modify it .will be grateful if u help!


im gonna use 500 mg sustanon for 8 wks im 178 lbs 5.10  & 30 yrs

.

Breakfast: 4 egg whites +1 york+orsandwichor oats+1 scoop whey+1 fruit.

Lunch: 150 gms chk+2 egg whites +100gms pasta/rice+1 veg/salad/1 fruit+1 glass milk.

Pre-workout: 2scoops whey+1 banana

Post workout I: 2 scoops whey+1 scoop glucose.

Post workout II: after 1hr.4 egg whites+1 york+rice+chicken+1 antioxidant

Dinner: same as lunch

Milk to be had b4 sleep. Or 1 litre in whole day

*different oils to b used while cooking.
*Try eating peanuts on off days.
*DRINK LOTS OF WATER
*cheat days steak sizzlers.

Pct:  starts after 3 wks of last..
nolva and clomid. both

Day 1 - Clomid 100mg, Nolva 60mg
days 2-11 Clomid 50mg, Nolva 20mg
days 12-21 Either clomid 50mg OR nolva 20mg ..

Doesn't appear to be a whole lot of food.  What do you estimate your caloric intake will be?

Plus, what are your goals?  If you're bulking and using 500mg/wk of gear, you'll be able to eat a shitload of food (and you SHOULD eat a shitload if you're trying to gain size).

Right.  Understand though that you will be able to eat far more than normal when taking 500mg/wk of test without having to worry about getting fat.  Can you get fat while "on"?  Of course.  But just make sure you've got a good caloric surplus each day to make your cycle worthwhile.

are your goals to gain lots of muscle? You're gearing up big time- might as well get the results to match the risk.  Eat more than you need, you can diet it away later.  no sense becoming a really really leanwell-muscled string bean if you can add an add'l 10 pounds of muscle and a little fat.

I am a big sust fan myself and just fineshed a cycle last week.  First off, I would recommend going a little longer on your cycle say minimum 10 weeks but 12-14 would be a even better. How do you plan on using the sust?  Sust, like prop, is something that needs to be injected often, my preference is eod.  You will get more bang for your buck this way. Also on your PCT, i would up the clomid to at least 100mg ed for the first week of use.

As for your diet, it seems like me you are wanting to keep your calories as clean as possible, which is always a good thing in my mind, but I do think you need to up your calorie intake and be adimate about eating often.  I keep a set diet year round which depends on what I am doing at the time.  What I mean by this is that every day I have a set plan as to what I am going to eat.  I know exactly what I am going to eat and at what times these meals are going to come, as well as there nutritional value.  I make sure that I eat these meals as planned, but when I am on cycles I also allow for some extra food during the day based on when I feel I need it.

Here is an example of my diet when I am on cycle.

Meal 1:
2 eggs- cal-152, pt-13, fat-10
10 egg whites- cal-170, pt-35
1  cup oats- cal-300, pt-10, fat-6, carb-54             total-cal-572, pt-63, fat-14, carb-54

Meal 2:
8oz chicken- cal-200, pt-40, fat3                               total-cal-400, pt-40, fat-6, carb-42
1 cup rice- cal-200, fat-3, carb-42
1 cup Steamed vegetables

Meal 3:
1  cup oats- cal-300, pt-10, fat-6, carb-54              total-cal-540, pt-50, fat-12, carb-60
2 scoops whey- cal-240, pt-40, fat-6, carb-6

Meal 4:
Tri-o-plex- cal-430, pt-30, fat-14, carb-47              total- cal-430, pt-30, fat-14, carb-47             

Meal 5:
2 scoop whey- cal-240, pt-40, fat-6, carb-6               total-cal-590, pt-40, fat-6, carb-86
80g carbs- cal-350+

Meal 6:
8oz chicken- cal-200, pt-40, fat3                               total-cal-434, pt-44, fat-3, carb-55                               
steamed vegetables
8oz sweet potato- cal- 234, pt-4, carb-55

Meal 7: (before bed)
1 scoop casein- cal-120, pt-23, fat-1, carb-4              total- cal-120, pt-23, fat-1, carb-4

fat-58

Now when on cycle this is not enough food, but this is the food that I make sure that I get everyday no matter what.  this set diet ensures that I get enough protein and at least enough calories to maintain my weight.  What I do next is add enough extra calories throughout the day to make sure that I am taking advantage of the gear I am using.  For example, I might add in another shake or protein bar in there somewhere, and I might munch on some low sugar snacks such as reduced sugar granola bars.  With these added snacks my intake usually falls around 4500 cal per day. 

I noticed that you are drinking a fair amount of milk and eating some fruit.  Nothing wrong with that, I love milk myself.  But milk and fruit both have a lot of sugar, and if you are concerned about adding a lot of fat you might want to cut back on these a little.  I personally stay away from both of these for that reason and rely on calcium supplements to make sure I am getting  enough calcium.

500mg of Sust will do wonders...just fuckin eat.  Yes, everyone worries about putting on fat.  GET OVER IT.  To gain you have to GAIN, that means fat as well as muscle.  Up your carbohyrdates, they are very important when bulking up and usually get overlooked these days.  I'm not talking about rice and yams...you need potatoes, pasta, whole wheat breads, grains.  If you don't like the results either A) Cut something out or B) Add a bit of cardio. 

With gear and bulking, it's not rocket science.

I am 6'2" and weighs 235 at 31 years old.  I have trained since I was a freshman in High school.  Very hard after I left school.  I just benched last month 455.  I squat a little over 500.  But I can do 405 for 6 good reps.  I don't deadlift.  I do at least an hour of cardio regardless if I train.  I swim almost everyday.  I ride my to the gym most of time.  I do not diet at all.  I eat allot of fast food.  BK is my favorite and Taco Bell.  I don't drink anything but water and sometime lowfat milk.  I have abs.  I wear size 34 levi's 501's.  I hope I never have to diet to stay lean.  I drink 3 protein shakes a day too.  Just Metrx.  Always had Metrx and nothing else.

Luv2Hurt is right, some beef in there would be good.  If your like me however, you want to eat the leaner cuts of beef, you know stay away from too much ground beef and stick with things like strip steak.  As for the peanut butter, if you eat it make sure that it is w/o sugar like he said, the regular stuff is crap and a waste of your calories.

These are not EFA's.  You need fish oil.  6 grams a day works wonders.
