thats depends what you call shoulders. offcourse naturals cant grow melon sized delts but im pretty happy with my width and puny nattie delts.

It's strange, before I began working out I was skinny and narrow but I could pull a most muscular and have decent looking traps.
Nowadays I only train to maintain and hit shoulders once a week, I easily keep good traps and shoulder width
Definately chest fo rme

Shoulders and traps are probably my strongest.

I like it in a way though, since very few guys seem to have real good shoulder and trap genetics.

You stole my line. 

After those first three years of natty training or so (perhaps less), it's a war to gain just a little every year.  I tease him from time to time, but guys like Adonis deserve credit inasmuch as they realize they're delusional at getting 20" arms natty and focus instead on getting and staying really lean.  Before I went to the Dark Side, I wish I had done that.

calves . some say the evetual size and shape seems determined by genetics more than other bodyparts . robby robinson trained them never got them .

Stupid thread. There is no one "bodypart". Genetics dictates what you will develop. Some have huge chests natty. Others huge delts. Especially black guys have big delts, but poor calves.

I know it varies per individual but if I were to say what muscle group is the most underdeveloped on naturals more often then not, HANDS DOWN it's the lower back,. no natural has a thick lower back, in fact even the ones that juice at the lower doses develope no muscle in that area.

I agree ego lifting heavy benching seems to work much better for the chest then most muscles imo

In my opinion, the reason the low back isnt developed on most of them are for these reasons:

1) they dont want to do things like deadlifts because the exercise is 'worthless' / builds a 'thicker waist'
2) If not complete deads, they will rely on 'rack deads' because they read about DoggCrap and he recommends is
3) stack the shit out of some poorly designed low back extension machine rather than doing them right
4) Refuse to do hyperextensions because its a 'pussy exercise'
5) Partial squats...the ol' 3" depth is good enough to keep adding weight to the bar....
