Because his term, as described in the Constitution, hasn't expired yet, and he has not been impeached by the House, so that the Senate could hold a trial and decide whether to remove him from office on the articles of impeachment passed by the House?

The voters threw quite a few out of office. Off the top of my head, Baron Hill, Carol Shea-Porter and Kathy Dalkemper. I'm sure a list of others could easily be compiled. Some of those who voted for Obamacare weren't up for re-election, of course, so hard to throw those out.

The voters can throw out whoever they want -- and conversely keep whoever they want -- come election time. It's got nothing to do with the ruling class and the peons and the silly language of class warfare you're using.
