Dave Palumbo is dead man walking with all his organs close to failure and dispense worthless kidney detox program for other loser that buy his snake oil.
Dave Palumbo is either delusional to think that this shit will ever detox his failing kidney or he is only trying to sell more garbage products from his website. My guess is that Palumbo is both : Palumbo is a desperate soul that dream to solve his health problem with that ineffective crap and at the same time try to get richer before the Grimm Reaper take him out!

Easy steps for kidney cleanse.
