Seriously: it takes some calculating, but a vegetarian or even a strict vegan diet can be just as succesful as one with animal protein. Your body's just concerned with amino acids.

Hey Dr., a friend of mine, who is also a Dr. and he also lifts weights (and he juices lol), told me that protein in vegetal cells are *glycosylated with cellulose, and because we humans don't have the necessary enzyme to digest cellulose, protein from vegetals is not a good choice. What's your opinion?
