Zinc helps if you're deficient, being lean helps some, the larger lifts will raise it slightly for a bit, getting enough rest helps a tiny bit, a healthy balance of fats, some of those goofball herbs, etc....
But honestly none of that shit Really helps. You could live like a saint and if all it does is raise your test levels a few dozen ng's, it's done nothing of real value. If you want something real, go see a doctor about getting your test levels checked and maybe getting on some TRT.
