Strangely I was not trying bash anyone on this thread 
These two have trained together previously in recent years, for example the annual "Vigilant eagle" plane hijack exercise involving fighters and awacs from both sides.
But never before directly on others soil.
I also know countries train with each other but no one can claim there wouldn't still be something 'special' when USA and Russia do it, given their somewhat tense past century.
