I'm not gonna lie...  Vince actually does look better these days.  Seems to have added some more muscles and looks thicker, if he can just nail his diet and find a formula that works he can do alright on the stage!

I'm done competing for the time being....I have other things to do right now but I'm still training hard and building even more muscle for my next show which will be the Masters Division in the Team Universe.


My main issue is that I've always defended Ron and Chick whenever they were unfairly attacked on this board for many years and come to find out from some people that Ron talks shit about me at the shows he's gone to....I've heard that Chick has done the same thing but I've not confirmed it so I'm not going to jump to conclusion. 

I've not done shit or said anything bad about Ron over the years but the compliment has not been paid the same.  If he has something to say to me, he can call me, PM, etc anytime.  I even asked him whether or not he was talking shit about me at shows and I never got an answer from him...ever.


The blue stars come up year after year because everyone knows its bullshit but honestly, why should I need Ron Avidan's blessing for to designate to being a competitor or not???  He runs Getbig.com and that's it....he doesn't do anything else except pimping DNA Supplements.....


I wouldn't bring up this "blue star" shit anymore because I know what Ron thinks about me and it really doesn't matter.....he couldn't hold my gym bag...he couldn't train with the weights and volume I do...and he certainly will never come close to looking better than me.  I have more muscle in my cock than he or Issac has in their entire body because I worked hard for it through blood, sweat, and tears....so fuck what they think of me because they can't do shit about the reality of things.

One of the reasons competitors stars are given is to distinguash you as an experience bodybuilder from the rest of the forum population, this allows inspiring bodybuilders to ask questions and get feedback from competitors that have been there and done that, now not to hate on the man but like someone said here already there are people who are leaner then him starting at 12 weeks out, for example I stay leaner then the day of his show year round so why should he get competitors stars if he never took the proper steps needed to jump on stage, I mean you don`t have to come in like Dexter but at least be in the single digit bodyfat if you are going to ask for stars.

Yes, but I never talked shit about him behind his back whereas he did.  I never threw a stone or struck a foul blow at the man and for whatever reason has for years said stuff about me to people at shows.  When I PM'ed him about it, he could have answered and said he didn't but never responded because he knew he was busted.
