hm, some 50-100gramms of carbs daily still works for me though.i dont know why low carbs works best for me for fat loss(and staying lean), but i know it does work best.esp on steroids and hard training regiment, i dont see how muscle can be wasted, while one eats plenty protein and gets enough rest.ok, when deep into single digits, some muscle can be lost, but by then, you look good enough anyway
