I think hazbin means something like how Paris used to hit that pose. Especially, in the second example below. Good luck going forward!

yup,  it feels weird, and looks funny from the side, but seems to bring things out alot more from straight on

jude thats what about 15 other longtime competitors in attendance in the audience told me as well after i sat down and watched the last few classes...i had over a dozen people walk up and shake my hand and say things like "i dont know what in the F they were looking at"  etc....still doesnt help but its nice to have some positive feedback. Just keep going through the motions...i am gonna change my cutting protein source from Talapia to Orange Roughy, thats about it...same macros, etc....
Yup definitely a BS call, second sounds about right but you were not far from the first guy either, good attitude though. Even tougher to handle after a 3 year lay off, but you would be dumb to quit now cause the pics don't lie.

Although only guy that appears to look like a threat is in the red trunks, he has size in upper body, but your conditioning and lower body are superior

Dubious judging

first off, looking good there.def the best in that group, ok the black guy might have better back, but nowhere your conditioning.

and now, what was your natural cycle for the show?

sharing is caring ;D

lets put it this way it was MILD

m,w,f  50mg t ace-50mg prop
50mg winni starting at 8 weeks out ED, at 4 weeks out 100mg a day
20mg a day halo starting at 14 days out
40mcg clen at 12 weeks out ED, 2 weeks on 2 weeks OFF cycled
arimidex eod starting at 8 weeks out
dropped all oils at 7 days out
diazide 1/2 tab, thur morn, thur night, fri morn and fri night...never dropped water out...drank all the way up to pre judge

Pretty low doses...but I know i dont have genetics to be a monster so why use a lot a stuff?

thanks, , i find it intersting, youve had the best conditioning there without gh.

btw, what you mean you dropped all oils? ???

oh and thats quite the dose for winstrol, do you feel its worth it?

Yes absolutely....the winni has always helped dry me out. this was the first time i used 100mg a day and was worried it was effect my cardio (joints) but it didnt.  I will NEVER use GH and Slin...STUPID, STUPID....i dont plan on doing a national show..this is a hobby to me so why spend that kinda money?   My diet and cardio is how i get lean.

Yes i always drop oils at a week out...2 reasons

Bad pin and you cant flex that muscle well...so just in case
Also i dont care what ANYBODY says you will hold some water with oils in your system...so thats why i drop them. the halo and winni kept me full and grainy so why keep running them ?? ;)

aha, by oil you mean long esters, i thought you maybe meant synthol, haha(which is retarded to use imo).
yes, i sgree, its best to drop out the long esters some 2-3 weeks out.

smart choice on the gh and slin, i see it the same way.

what diet did you go with btw?

Pretty much this:

8 egg whites 2 pcs of ezekiel bread
10 ouces talapia, 2 pcs of ezekiel bread, cup of broccoli
10 ounces talapia, 2 pcs of ezekiel bread, asparagus, 15 almonds
10 ounces talapia 2 pcs of ezekiel bread, asparagus, 2 tbs flax oil
8 ounces tuna, salad, flax oil
8 egg whites, flax oil or natty pb

My LOW carb days which was only 2 (tues and wed) i dropped 1 pc of ezekeil breade with each meal
also this was 8 weeks out in, from 14 to 8 weeks i just had 1 cup oatmeal with brown sugar splenda and a pc of fruit with 2 meals...

I also use about every single Mrs. Dash low sodium seasoning on the planet and it just varies on each egg white and each fish meal   ;D

Sounds like he's a fat guy ;D
"too lean" sounds weird. How knowledgeable was that judge? Maybe he meant you need to add more mass on your frame.
