hunger is a good indicator of burning fat, esp when on steroids.
after i feel a hunger i wash it away with water and wait for an hour till i eat again from there.
waiting longer than that isnt optimal i think.
Yeah...I wouldn't be skipping out on breakfast if my goal was to add mass.
