225x6 for 4 sets, with french presses tricep superset, using a 70 pound bar for 10 reps. ONE MINUTE REST PERIODS
275 x 6 for two sets, with the same tricep french press.
295 for 6 for two sets, superseted.
incline dumbell press- 95 x 8, 105x8,115x8 with one minute rest periods, also supersetting with french presses
incline press-225x 6 for 4 sets, still supersetting.
finished off with 4 sets of pushdowns.
total time in the gym 47 minutes.
