Basically, if you look bad with your clothes off, you're old.  There's so many fatasses walking around in their 20's that chronological age is thrown out the window, they might as well be senior citizens.

A guy in his 50's in good shape is far more unusual thn a guy in his 20's in shape.  You stand out more...
QFT-It's so easy to be in shape when your in your 20's. When I see these 20 something trainers in the gym give advice I just want to choke them. It's hard to be out of shape in your 20's. If you are you're a lazy bastard.

J.Leto wants to chime in for a sec.:

Yeah, plenty of these who are obsessed about chronology would say "this "old" pervert is fucking that /innocent/ 19yo", but the fact is - he has a great time, he looks young (and that all that matters really), I'm pretty sure he DOES feel like a 25yo (as he looks that way) so why the fuck someone like him should suddenly start acting "old"? Couldn't understand that ever. It's HEALTHY to thing and act young, as youth is - health. That's a self fulfilling circle in some way.

Old is when you look in the mirror and you see and old man. It's all about the way your cells are working at a given moment.
I have some friends who (mentally) are old at 25 already. And I'm 26 personally and don't even think about stopping partying (tho' I like rave/house/techno scene, it's diff. from a regular "clubbing"), I have friends who are 43-50 and still are partying like crazy, and DOES NOT seem out of the place as they are all in great shape, have a progressive mind and genereally just "fit in the crowd". Nothing worse than a person who lets himself get "old" in his mind.

When you wake up and start to feel aches and pains in body parts out of the blue--that have nothing to do with an injury--and you start to remember your parents complaining about the same thing when you were a kid you are officially old.  For most people this starts to happen in their 40's.  :-[

Im 38 and so far in my 30s I have ran 3 marathons and competed in 2 bodybuilding shows. I am getting better with age, and more confident. But than again maybe I am more confident because I have lost all hope.

I think you get old when you stop doing what you love and your passionate about.

For example I have a friend who used to roll with me doing everything. Now he just sits around and drinks all day. I think hes old as shit at 33.

My dad is 70 still lifts, goes fishing, rides a crotch rocket, everything hes always done. I don't thin hes old at all.

Its just like Wes always says, 'youre not old until you go to take a shit and your balls hit the water.  And im so old that i have to make sure that my scrotum doesnt go down the drain.'

What about when the problem is your pecker hitting the water when sitting which is an issue I run into on a consistent basis?
