When I stayed with my aunt in Maryland, we had to go to the local crab shack. Amazing stuff.

Here in Texas, everyone is all about the BBQ Brisquits, from what I've seen.

where in Texas are you?..I was in Dallas twice last year and it seemed like an okay place..thought of moving there....ever been there?..whats your opinion of Dallas in General?..are there really a lot of jobs in Texas as people claim there are?

Look up "Zero Carb High Protein Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe" on GOOGLE and your dreams are answered!!

Not exactly zero-carb, but they sound good.

When I have carb cravings I bake-eat (and repeat..) them until there's no more batter left  :P
Got a recipe of those protein pancakes?

It's been awhile since I've made them, but it's basically about 4-6 egg whites, about 1/3C cottage cheese, a scoop of vanilla protein powder (ON), some vanilla 1/2t and some Splenda whipped up in a blender then cooked like pancakes.  Eat as is,  or spread on some peanut butter & roll up and eat on the go or drizzle a little agave syrup or honey on...

Peanut butter on a pancake, interesting.
Well, they sound tastier than Ronnies omelettes with grits
