Tell me if I am on target and if I need to change anything up?
Meal 1: protein shake, 1 scoop. 1/4 cup of maple syrup.
Meal 2: Chicken breast 10 ounces rice with 4 tablespoons of butter for halthy fats.
Meal 3: tuna,4 cups of Hawaiian Punch for good fruit carbs.
Meal 4: organic Amy`s microwave Enchilada, 5 egg yolks for good fat again, 4 rice cakes.
Meal 5: protein scoop, 32 ounces apple-cranberry juice.
Meal 6: 2 pieces bread, chicken breast, hamburger patty put together,called a "chickamburger". French toast on the side. 1tbsp splenda, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp olive oil.
