this guy is really interesting, makes me want to apply some of his techniques to bodybuilding. he seems to have the same beleifs as me on overtraining, ITS A MYTH. he ate 28,000 calories in 48 hours of running 200 miles holy shit~! on weekends i think im gonna try to get in 20,000 calories on sunday and workout for 8 hours straight doing deads, pushups, rows, abs ect
