ARVILLA is all natural. If you don't believe me go to any rigorously tested natty show and all of the guys will be bigger than Mike. Do you think he's taking cortical steroids or something? That is a natural physique all the way and Mike deserves a lot of credit for going from fat to skinny.

He's always been very open with his usage of steroids.

Mostly been talking bout using Trenbolone from what I recall.

There guys who use just around times of contests and guys who use throughout the yr. The guys that use throughout the yr are able to attain more mass before dieting.

The hardest part of contest prep is the diet and weight loss to be in good condition. Mike did a great job with that.
