Noticed this annoying trend interrupting my flow in the gym.
For example today, the only reasonable benchpress in the gym that has extra levels of hooks so you can go to failure, was occupied by a small man in his early twenties who between every set laid on the floor and did multiple sets of sit ups, using the bench as a foot rest. He did about 5-6 sets of real pressing.
Of course it's a free gym but doesn't this create more lines when you do extra exercises on machines designed for another use. Or is this a minor meltdown on my part?
I encountered this several times to bring it up of course, other times it's a chick doing butt or leg exercises using the bench press bench as support, other times it's a dude benching then standing up to do deltoid raises with the bar (with the same weight).
I don't know, what is getbig verdict?
