i do side raises with that weight (80 or 85), and i dont swing them
put ur back against a wall and use some good form
when will people learn its not about how much you lift, its about how hard you lift
but as a last word, you're a huge guy, and anyone cal tell you have balls for putting it out there
keep working hard, maybe try to lean out just a smidge and you'll look phenom
