thx for posting that, so is that what you call balance of life, lol you train more often than i do.
those lifts are stronger than i could do natural, i have no problem admiting that.
what your average yearround bodyfat?
should be lean by despcription of that diet.
When I say balance, I mean I keep my bodyfat at about 10%, but I make sure I eat well, but do not weigh or measure food or results. I do occasionally drop some bodyfat, and only then do I measure food/macros.
I train hard for about a hour each session, and get on with my life. I don't concern myself with a little fat gain or strength gains, etc.
My physique and health is very important important to me, but hardly worth ever stressing about.
This is a little hobby and lifestyle mixed into one.
Consistent hard training and decent diet is all that concerns me.
