I just think Taylor is lazy plus he doesn't have drug response. He should lean out and then try to build from that base.

He looks a bit better than before, but i don't think he ever listens to advice.

Galineko, there is nothing unfortunate about deliberately permabulking, eating absolute junk, getting too fat around the midsection and then having trouble losing stomach fat when you're cutting after the fact lol  ;D

in 1997 when Ernie Taylor was training at Golds Venice, we could not stop laughing. He actually walked around thinking we believed his triceps were real.

He first was introduced to us (Americans) back in 1996 in MD magazine. In that magazine he claimed 22 inch arms. His 97 pictorial (damn, that sounds 'suspect', a male "pictorial") in Flex magazine, where I thought his triceps looked odd---no definition, no horseshoe when outstretched. He obviously fooled the writers, and staff and he fooled me at the time. I thought that they were real, until, I figured that it was too good to be true, and all triceps have a horseshoe look.

And top it off he was a Dorian disciple, a protege. Although, Dorian had the better wife. I always thought it was odd that a dude from Dorian's gym and one that seemed tight with Dorian would resort to Synthol--he had a pretty damn good physique without it.

not for a pro, but for gymrats.gymrats dont need dorianescque legs, ernies were very good when flex mag called them small.

ofc my suggestions would not brought him anwhere in the ifbb, but i mean from aestetical pov, a goal for ppl who dont wanna become pros



his legs were small in comparison to his triceps...those triceps threw off his symmetry and made everybody focus on them. He competed at about 230ish and was about 5'8 I believe...so he wasn't that "small". His quads were big and defined, and he had better quad sweep than say, Melvin Anthony.
