i remember i studied his triceps workout in flex magaine.
he said he did tons of dips when young and i fully believed it 
He first was introduced to us (Americans) back in 1996 in MD magazine. In that magazine he claimed 22 inch arms. His 97 pictorial (damn, that sounds 'suspect', a male "pictorial") in Flex magazine, where I thought his triceps looked odd---no definition, no horseshoe when outstretched. He obviously fooled the writers, and staff and he fooled me at the time. I thought that they were real, until, I figured that it was too good to be true, and all triceps have a horseshoe look.
