Well, I didn't quite understand how fucking stupid your claim really was, so I make a little error. So what? You claim he talk that way because he is out of breath, but you don't know him. He always talk that way, nothing to do with his health etc. He is caveman, low education, no knowledge how to present himself properly, so he talk like he is taking a dump same time. Almost spot on, but he habitats in arctic snow land. In face to face he is nice, very straightforward guy who doesn't have any interest for nonsense. His training schedule with Milos is quite interesting: he has a morning HIT-type training session and afternoon he has giant sets for same muscle group, so he trains more than four hours a day. He trains evedry day but sunday, and every muscle group twise in one week. No wonder he seems to be out of breath all the time

I`ve been to Spanish gyms during vacations. Suprisingly many of them do not have air conditioning, despite the heat. I noticed that I couldn`t train as long/hard as usual.
