fella by the name of, Hamadou Djibo Issaka, from guy. rowed in the single sculls

was more or less picked to make up the numbers. poor fella had only a few months to train, and do most of his training in a regular rowing boat, lol.

anyway, needless to say he finished miles after the others. but at least he gave it a go and did his best
